If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Glock 26 RMR milling

The milling work was as if it was OEM factory cut. The RMR and sealing plate fit perfectly. The Ameriglo suppressor height sight pressed in as expected with perfect mating of the parts. The refinishing was worth the extra couple weeks. Again, it was as if the slide was OEM, no signs of any imperfections. Future work and recommendations will definitely go to this shop!

The machining was beautiful! So precise that the RMR literally “snaps” into place. I received my slide back in one week from the date I shipped. Amazing service.

Rmr cut slide

Absolutely amazing work by these guys. Sent my slide in to get cut, coated, and sight mounted, and the end product is incredibly well done as well as ir getting done a week sooner than expected too. I Will definitely be using Jagerwerks for future slide work.

I chose JagerWerks to do my slide work based on the reviews that I saw online. I emailed JagerWerks several times with question. Steve Hunt promptly replied and answered everything question I asked, very informative. I sent my slide in for the RMR cut and coating. I sent it with my Trijicon sights to be mounted also. I recieved my slide back cut, coated and iron sight mounted. Went and shout a couple hundred rounds. It far exceeded my expectation. My Glock is a tool and I treat it as such. I will send JagerWerks all my slide!

I just received my Glock 45 slide back after having Trijicon RMR cut, black nitride finish and rear sight forward of the optic. This is the second slide they have done for me and outstanding quality of work and consistent result. Both slides were received well within the lead times as well. The only way to go!

RMR for glock 45

Shipped my g45 slide out to Jagerwerks and had it back in 3 weeks to the day. Fit and finish are excellent had the rear sight forward of the optic. They installed my RMR and suppressor sights but for some reason my battery had died in transit which they let me know it had and didnt loctite my rmr on which was a nice touch. After replacing the battery everything is lined up and perfect. Thanks for the great work guys!
