Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws. 

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free. 

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides) 

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement. 

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed. 

Sealing Plate -  With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

    Shipped my g45 slide out to Jagerwerks and had it back in 3 weeks to the day. Fit and finish are excellent had the rear sight forward of the optic. They installed my RMR and suppressor sights but for some reason my battery had died in transit which they let me know it had and didnt loctite my rmr on which was a nice touch. After replacing the battery everything is lined up and perfect. Thanks for the great work guys!

    This is my third slide that I have had Jagerwerks mill. Always excellent work and the turn around is quicker than most others. I highly recommend Jagerwerks and will continue to use them for any slide milling.

    I sent in my rmr and sights along with my slide to get the cut. It was sent back about 3-4 weeks later with everything attached and lined up. A beautiful burnt bronze cerakote and I couldn’t be happier!

    I ordered the top / radius serrations, RMR cut with rear sight in front of optic, and black Nitride finish. I included my Type 2 RM06 and suppressor height Irons as well as the stock .40 barrel / 9mm conversion barrel which were installed / refinished respectively free of charge. Milling was perfect, black Nitride was perfect.
