It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.
Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.
Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.
We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.
If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.
If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.
Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)
The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.
Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.
Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Optic Cut w/ Nitride Coat
Excellent work and craftsmanship on the optic cut and coating! Red Dot installed with no issue. Definitely will use Jagerwerks again for future pistols if needed!

Glock RMR Direct mill
Best in the business. Have 3 pistols with optic cuts by JagerWerks that operate flawlessly with the oldest being 7 years now. Just sent another slide for a MPS Optic cut. I appreciate how they mount and sight in the optic after machining. Excited to get this new slide back!

Glock RMR cut
The RMR cut and finish are perfect. The only thing I can complain about is that the sights I sent with my slide to be installed were installed off center . The rear sight wasn’t centered. Other than that JagerWerks work was spot on,

RMR slide cut
This is the first red dot I have had installed on a pistol. Received my slide back with the optic and sights I supplied installed. Minimal zero adjustment required at the range. Took the Thunder Ranch Red Dot Handgun class the following week. Put a thousand rounds through it over three days and the optic mounting screws never even loosened. Awesome work!!!

When shipping slides for milling, SHIP SLIDES ONLY. Do NOT ship the lower of the firearm as we are not transferring the firearm. We only custom mill slides.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
