Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws. 

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free. 

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides) 

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement. 

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed. 

Sealing Plate -  With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

    I just got my slide back and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The Cerakote is flawless and it is hard to tell that the slide did not come from the factory this way. I started with a G17FS (front serrations) slide, so I opted for just getting the RMR cut. After seeing how nice this turned out in person, and really liking the RMR, I wish I had gone all the way and had them do the full Yeti package. Jagerwerks has been fantastic to work with, and they will most definitely be doing the slide work for my 19.

    Wanted to keep the factory finish on my 19x and they did a great job. Sent in with the slide new iron sights and the rmr and they even sighted them in. From the time I sent the slide off to the time I got it back in my hands was only 12 days. Great job guys!!!

    I was quoted 6 weeks. Between sending the slide out and receiving it back in my mail box took only less than 4 weeks. That is the definition of efficiency. And the workmanship? World class. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to shop around anymore. I’ll tell them exactly who to go to.

    Milling and nitride finish are perfect! Laser alignment saves the hassle of sighting it in. Only need fine tuning after that. Will use Jagerwerks again!

    What more can I say other than my Glock 20 slide was milled out for a perfect fit with my Trijicon RMR type 2. I will be sending in my Glock 19 for the same mill work.

    The milling work was as if it was OEM factory cut. The RMR and sealing plate fit perfectly. The Ameriglo suppressor height sight pressed in as expected with perfect mating of the parts. The refinishing was worth the extra couple weeks. Again, it was as if the slide was OEM, no signs of any imperfections. Future work and recommendations will definitely go to this shop!

    Absolutely amazing work by these guys. Sent my slide in to get cut, coated, and sight mounted, and the end product is incredibly well done as well as ir getting done a week sooner than expected too. I Will definitely be using Jagerwerks for future slide work.
