If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Great work, great fit & great turnaround. Support is quick to respond & answer questions. Only thing I would suggest is an option in the future to include spot refinish / oxpho blue on the milled surface instead of a full slide refinish.

Waited until I shot it my glock to review Jaegerwerks does AWESOME work, fit and finish is great. Sent them a complete slide they installed my rmr and new night sights. The turn around was quicker than I expected I will have them do another slide when it's time THANKS!

Excellent RMR machine Work

Jagerwerks machined my G19X slide for RMR. They recommended burnt bronze cerakote to most closely match the factory finish. I am very happy with the finished product. Due to older eyes I was having to wear readers to pick up the front sight. With the RMR this is not necessary. Dot appears crystal clear at all ranges. Absolute joy to shoot with out messing with special glasses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It looks like the RMR site is part of the slide. It literally snapped into place. The machining is perfect and the Ceracote is flawless.

Perfect RMR Milling

There is literally no wiggle room between my slide and the RMR, so much so that I thought it was under-cut when I first received my slide back. It took a minute to figure out how to wiggle the RMR on correctly (i.e. don't baby it) but I prefer this over having slack in the cut. The Black Nitride finish is top notch, overall I couldn't be happier with the work performed.

I sent my slide for milling and to be refinished with nitride. Turn around was excellent and the milling was flawless. There was no play when setting the optic and sealing plate over the posts. All said and done, I will be using them again for all my slide work.
