If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

From using the website to getting my slide back it’s been completely excellent. Sent an email to Jagerwerks after placing my order and they replied back about 5 minutes later.. how much better does it get than that. Expected to have slide back in 6 weeks (because of the black nitride) but had it back in 4. Craftsmanship is simply perfect and not one scratch after the mill work, installing my aftermarket parts, and RMR. Best name in the game for mill work and I won’t be going anywhere else but here! Perfect from beginning to end. Thanks Jagerwerks!!

I was absolutely blown away by how fast their turn around time was. The optic cut is absolutely flawless. Will continue to use jagerwerks for all of my slide cut needs.

I have now used Jagerwerks for slide milling 3 times now and won't use anyone else, they're simply the best in the business! Also got my last slide back in a record turn around time way ahead of there projected estimate.

Box up your slide and send it into Jagerwerks- flat out awesome!I had been shopping around and was going back and forth, but saw the reviews and decided to get a few minor things done. I just received it and it came back flawless, and with the nitrite finish it looks like it came straight from the factory. Read the reviews...great work, responsive customer service, fast turn around time for my Glock- cannot ask for anything more.

I went with jager werks because my local gun Smith was telling me 2 to 6 months for a rmr cut and cerakote job. I got my slide back from jager werks in 4 weeks. Well worth the wait. Will order from them again.

Glock Trijicon RMR

This is the first time I used Jagerwerks and am extremely impressed. I sent in my complete G45 slide, suppressor height sights, RMR and Sealing Plate. Jagerwerks milled the slide, Nitrided the slide, installed the sights, installed the RMR and sighted it in. I don't think it was more than 3 weeks from mailing to receipt of the finished product. Communications were also excellent. Everything is first rate. I am going to be sending in a second slide soon. Don't hesitate to let these guys do the work you need. Thanks Jagerwerks!

Been using Jagerwerks for a couple years now. Only place I trust for an RMR cut. Super quick turnaround time. I usually get my slide back in hand right at a week. I will continue to use them

Rmr cut with chamfer and nitride coat

This is a totally honest review. Firstly, looks like great work. The turn around was faster than quoted. The nitride looks like OEM or black powder coat, looks great. The chamfer is an awesome minor touch to make the weapon look just a bit more unique. I had to go sights forward of the optic per my agency policy. It says a lot of cops in California are sending their duty guns out to Jager to get done up. My only gripe, which took away one star, was the rear sight has punch marks on it. It’s a duty gun so that’s it’s life but everyone that has seen it has thought I did the sights myself. Jager was upfront about the possibility of that. With that said, the work was affordable and I will be going through jager again.
