Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws. 

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free. 

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides) 

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement. 

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed. 

Sealing Plate -  With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

    Bought in during their Black Friday deals and just got my slide back yesterday. I could not be happier with their work, the coating, and even their sealing plate being less costly than most. I even had a slide that had a crappy cerakote job before and Jagerwerks Black Nitride Bath fixed this! Slide looks better than it did new. RMR06 fit perfectly, and what surprised me the most was that they installed, aligned, and included the Dawson sights and tools. I will be using them again on my second G19 and probably multiple other pews.

    The machining is fantastic allowing the rmr to sit snugly on my slide. Equally important, the nitride finish is far superior to OEM Glock finish. Don’t allow the wait time to scare you

    Machining was perfect. OD Cerekote was perfect. My Swamp Fox Justice fit nice and tight. The supplied screws from Jagerwerks have heads that are too big for the Justice because of the top load battery. But that's on me, not them. 6 week turn around with a Black Friday special beat my expectations. Easy 5 stars

    I placed my order on nov 15th had I of waited a week I could of used the Black Friday discount oh well. I had sent trijicon suppressor height sights to be installed as well I received my slide Jan 14 and I am blown away by the quality of work looks amazing and functions even better well worth the money I’ll be back next stimulus

    My product was received Nov 24 and it was in my hands Jan 16. Right at 7 weeks for the Black Nitride and RMR cut. Sent in my optic and had the Dawson precision suppressor height sights added and installed by them. The finish is great and well worth the wait. I will be sending in some more slides in the future.

    G19 Optic Cut/Holosun 509t

    Sent in the slide for a 509t cut. Moved the rear sights to the front of the optic. Even with suppressor height sights, to low. But it looks solid. Great Job!! Wish I could add pictures.

    Ordered the RMR Milling with black multicam finish. 5 week turn around time and it was worth the wait. They did a fantastic job and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Will recommend them for my customers in the future.
