If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Perfect Fit!

Glock 22 Gen3 -- RMR is a perfect fit with the sealing plate too. Returned in 6 weeks (expected 8). Got the coating too. Love the service and craftmanship. Got emails to let me know it was received by them, in work and shipped. 10 Stars!

RMR Mill and Nitride

I was hesitant to send off my brand new G17 Gen 5 to have the slide cut into (RMR) and have the finish redone (Nitride). First off, Steve Hunt does an amazing job of communication. Any question or concern I had was responded to within 12 hours but usually within 2 hours. Secondly, the turnaround time stated 6-10 weeks, mine was back in my hands at 6 weeks and 3 days. Lastly, the cut, finish, Dawson Sights and cap are… perfect. I mean flawless. I can be a perfectionist at times and the work meets my standards 101%. Jagerwerks has exceeded all of my expectations and I would not think of using anyone else. Thank you for the great job!

Glock Triicon RMR

Sent in a Glock 19X and was concerned cerakote would not be close to OEM finish, the burnt bronze suggested by JagerWerks looked better than the original. RMR cut was EXACT and sufficiently deep. Turn around not too bad considering COVID. Quality craftsmanship.

RMR milled slide

I now have 6 milled RMR Glock slides from Jegerwerks and every single one has been perfect, including the nitride finish. They install and boresight the RMR and suppressor sights which I send them which makes zeroing the optic a breeze. Can usually do it within 5 rounds. Great job guys, slide 7 headed your way soon

Ordered the Trijicon RMR/SRO milling on a G19 slide, along with Graphite Black finish.The investment of hard earned money and the seven week wait appears to have provided outstanding returns! The finish was flawless and the milling reflected expert craftsmanship. The milling work provided four anchor/alignment points between the slide and the optic, while others out there doing similar work seem to only provide two. The carbon cap and sealing plate fit perfectly. A Holosun HE508T and a Trijicon SRO SRO2 fit into the milled area very well and secure and both optics have thus far functioned without any problems. Thank you Jagerwerks!

Way over exceeded my expectations! The milling work is flawless my rmr fits in like a glove and the camo cerakote came out amazing, honestly way better then the pictures. Got my slide back in 6 weeks. Would highly recommend!!

Really impressive work. I like to spend my money as local as possible and Jagerwerkz being just up north was a no brainer. Excellent machining and the anodizing looks nicer than when I got it factory from Glock. Paired a Swampfox Liberty and Ameriglo GL-429 sights on the slide and it really presents well. Couldn’t be happier.
