It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.
We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.
If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 509T, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.
If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.
The depth of the cut at its lowest point is .250"
The front edge of the optic cut is angled to allow for easier install of the 509T. This will not affect reliability or function of the optic/gun.
If you want lower 1/3rd co-witness iron sight you can purchase them below. You will need a .225" Glock rear and a .215" Glock front.

Optic cut
Second slide JW has done an optic cut on, and the second time they’ve knocked it out of the park. Most recent cut was on a Gen 5 19 cut for a holosun 509t. It sits low and perfectly on this slide. Was prepared to wait the entire 12 weeks I think it is for cut/nitride finish but from the day I shipped it till the day it arrived at my door was 6 weeks exactly. Thanks again JW for the awesome work and great customer service. I’ll be sending another slide in soon.

Glock 17 slide cut for Holosun 509Tx2
Turn around time was a couple days short of two months. The slide milling looks fantastic no machining mark’s whatsoever. I chose to have it nitrided and the finish is very even and dark. I’m very pleased. I took advantage of the july 4th sale and I feel it is an incredible value. I just received my Holosun RDS today and it mounted up effortlessly and tight. I’ll shoot it a lot on Monday as I work on a gun range.

The cut looked great and the tight fit with the optic was all reassuring. After roughly 500-600 rounds I have not noticed any issues with the cut.

Really happy with my slide work for Jagerwerks. The milking and Cerekote are top notch. Definitely a recommend if your looking to get some slide work done.

When shipping slides for milling, SHIP SLIDES ONLY. Do NOT ship the lower of the firearm as we are not transferring the firearm. We only custom mill slides.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
