If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 509T, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

The depth of the cut at its lowest point is .250"

The front edge of the optic cut is angled to allow for easier install of the 509T. This will not affect reliability or function of the optic/gun.

If you want lower 1/3rd co-witness iron sight you can purchase them below. You will need a .225" Glock rear and a .215" Glock front.

Nothing Better!!!!!

I just received my Glock 17 slide back from JagerWerks with the 509T slide cut and Dawson Precision iron sights mounted in front of the optic. The quality of the cut and black nitride finish cannot be explained in words. You have to see it. It’s perfect. Don’t send your slide off to the other guys and get disappointed. Thank you JW team for delivering once again.

Absolutely beautiful work done on my slide. The finish is clean and even, the cut is deep and tight, and overall it looks and feels amazing. Definitely a lot of time and effort put into perfecting this, and it was fulfilled within the lead time they told me. All in all, I am very happy and will definitely have another cut from these guys.

Precision Work - Ready to go 10-8

This is my second Glock I've had done through Jagerwerks. My first was a G48 milled for the 507k to use and abuse while trying to decide if I wanted to get something done on a carry weapon. I am super impressed with the work these guys do. As a Glock Armorer, I'll be the first to say that the OEM MOS system is lacking in design. If you're serious about running an optic on a duty pistol, use these guys! Bombproof!

Perfect cut

The optic cut was perfect. Absolutely phenomenal fit and finish, and I’ve never seen anyone else be able to get a 509 sit as low in the slide as this. The refinish on the slide was superb, and I will absolutely be sending in more slides to get work done. Can’t recommend it enough

509T on a Glock 31

Just got my Glock 31 slide back, less than 8 weeks after I sent it in. The milling, coating, and sight placement/installation is outstanding! My Holosun 509T fits perfectly and is still mounted rock solid after zeroing and breaking it in with numerous 357sig rounds. The quality and workmanship would be hard to find or match anywhere else. I can assure anyone looking, that you will be very satisfied with Jagerwerks.

509T Optic Cut

Overall the work on the slide is great. Cut is precise and nitride finish looks perfect. The depth of the cut makes it perfect for the non suppressor hight sights I have in my G19. Overall very happy with the quality of work.

509T Optic Cut

I did my research and believed Jagerwerks to be my best option for an optic cut. Then, decided on the optic. I waited about 6 weeks to get my slide back and boy...was it worth the wait. The optic fits into the cut perfectly. The Tungsten cerakote is flawless. I don't know what else to say. Other than trust these folks to do you right. I couldn't be happier.
