Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.
We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.
If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 509T, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.
If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.
The depth of the cut at its lowest point is .250"
The front edge of the optic cut is angled to allow for easier install of the 509T. This will not affect reliability or function of the optic/gun.
If you want lower 1/3rd co-witness iron sight you can purchase them below. You will need a .225" Glock rear and a .215" Glock front.

Holosun 509T cut for Glock 45
Turn around time was very quick had it back in right under 2 weeks. The quality of the machine work was perfect, did not have to adjust the Holosun but a few clicks after installing. Highly recommend and great customer service!

Great 509T Milling Work
I sent off a slide to Jagerwerks off of the recommendations of others as I wanted to use a Holosun 509T without and adapter plates. They did a superb job on the milling. The 509T fits snuggly in it's place an inspires confidence with it's tight fit.
The new rear site dovetail they cut for the Dawson Precision sights sits quite low in the window allowing a wonderfully unobstructed view of the red dot while still leaving your iron sites useful and visible.
The coating came back great as well and it's difficult to tell it was even recoated and not a factory job.
Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with their slide work after having used it for over a year now. Highly recommend Jagerwerks and will use them again in the future. -
Glock 19 gen 4 slide cut Holosun 509T
Extremely pleased with the results. The cut was precise. The optic mounted snug and it has not moved. The Duracoat OD green looks great. Turn around time was good. I now carry it at work.

When shipping slides for milling, SHIP SLIDES ONLY. Do NOT ship the lower of the firearm as we are not transferring the firearm. We only custom mill slides.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
