Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws. 

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free. 

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides) 

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement. 

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed. 

Sealing Plate -  With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

    This thing is perfect!!!! Any slides you need milled, Jagerwerks is the place to go, but you have to be patient.

    Excellent work by Jagerwerks. Sent my slide in with my rmr and aftermarket sights so it can all be done at once. Was told 12 week turn around. Slide came back in 4. Even with the 4th of July sale that they threw. I just wish I got the extra slide work done. Will be sending other work their way.

    This isn't my first experience with Jagerwerks and I'm 100% pleased with the work that they do. I have a strong machining background and their work is flawless. The deburring and hand finishing are flawless. The Ceracoat is flawless. To top it off, I received my slides back in 6 weeks from the day that I mailed them. The quoted lead time was 8-12 weeks plus 2 weeks for coating. Am I happy? No, I'm ecstatic! Jagerwerks is a great company that performs great work with great customer service. I highly recommend them to family and friends and will use them in the future.

    Excellent work and the finish is perfect. The cover plate fits perfectly as well. Work was turned around faster than expected.

    First of all, the turn around on this service was less than half the time I expected, fantastic. Second, the cut is perfect and the nitride finish looks like it came from Glock. I don’t have the red dot for it yet but the carbon cap looks so good I’m kind of enjoying how it looks and am in no rush to put an optic on. 10/10 would recommend.

    Had my Glock 19 slide milled for an RMR and some other slide cuts and the result is incredible. Expected it to be gone for most of the summer given the lead times they state on their website, but was pleasantly surprised when it showed up at my door just over a month after sending it out. Will definitely be sending in some more slides in the future.
