If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

I am extremely impressed with not only the precision rmr cut preformed on my glock, or the one week turnaround, but also the level of care that I received on my polished slide. It was returned to me in perfect condition and the sights removed for me like I asked them to do. They would have installed new ones on there for me for free had I sent them in with the slide. This is all amazing to me. I am more then happy and have already recommended them to my friends. Jagerwerks is the best period!

I jumped on that optic cut deal over the black Friday, cyber Monday deal... they had that slide perfectly cut and ready to mount my rmr in less than 5 business days! And they were extremely quick with answering any questions I had through the process. Highly recommended these guys for any slide work you may need!

I sent my G19 slide for an RMR cut and Cerakote and it was back in my hands in 8 days. My RM07 fits perfectly and the Cerakote job is gorgeous. Better than my Unity Atom slide. I sent my G17 slide in for an RMR pocket and cerakote. I mailed it on 10/20 and got the completed slide back on 10/28. Work was top notch. Ill be using these guys for work in the future for sure.

I had already gotten the Yeti cut done on my Glock 17 and later decided I wanted to go the RMR route. I submitted my order and slide to Jagerwerks for the new cut and they had it turned around so fast I didn't even have time to miss it. At my LGS everyone was 'oooh'ing and 'aah'ing and wanted to know who did the work. I proudly told everyone in there Jagerwerks does the best work.

Absolutely thrilled with the work Jagerwerks performed on my G19. RMR cut fit like a glove, and the Tungsten Cerakote looks fantastic. They got it done faster than quoted, packaging on the return was great. I could not be happier with my experience and will send another Glock their way!

I was not sure what to expect with the kind of job (slide milling) and lead time of two week. Anyway it seemed better than buying another Glock in the MOS configuration. I wanted to try the rmr, so I stripped the Glock 21 slide of everything, mailed it on a Wednesday thinking it would take two weeks to get back. Got an email the following Monday stating that my slide was being shipped back to me, I really thought it may have been an error on their part as how could it get done that quickly, Sure enough my slide was in my mailbox when I got home Wednesday. One week total. This was awesome , I mounted the trijicon rmr that night, it was a perfect fit. Jagerworks has their stuff in a tight package in customer service ....I may have to sell a kidney to get another trijicon, But Jagerworks will Do the milling for me. Thanks Jagerworks for a job well done....
