If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Fast, high quality work

Jagerwerks did a great job milling my G17 for an RMR and installing the optic and sights. The work was done very quickly - I had my slide back in less than 2 weeks, and the quality was excellent - rock solid mounting and everything cowitnessed.

Ordered the rmr milling package and and a cerakote job to it as well. Even though the one week turn around was only guaranteed for the rmr milling, they still managed to get it shipped in one week. Beautiful product and great customer service, I was able to change my cerakote color with one email. 10/10 would buy again.

Excellent fit and finish

I sent my Glock 22 slide in for the RMR slide work and refinish in the tungsten finish. The machine work is excellent and the new finish looks great. I added the Carbon Kap which looks and fits great for when I have the RMR removed.

John and his company provide top notch service. I sent out my slide for RMR cut and was expecting a 4 week turnaround. Got a personal text from John saying it's done and ready to ship (under 10 days!). My slide has a cerakote finish that was peeling off because of poor prep work. John recoated my slide and the finish is night and day where I'm able to see the markings like it was finished from the factory. Highly recommended. You won't be sorry.

Sent my package out on one of the busiest weeks of the holiday year, the day before Thanksgiving. After a day or so went by I realize I had no information of my own about my order in the box. This is the 3rd time I've sent a slide to these guys and once again they have went above and beyond! Not only did I get a great deal on this optics cut but also because of a special they where doing for Black Friday I had it back in under a week!
