If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Glock26 (Gen 3) RMR Slide Milling

Had my Glock 26 (Gen 3) slide milled for a Trijicon RMR. After reading multiple reviews I opted to keep the factory finish and had the Jagerwerks treat the exposed machined area. Couldn’t be happier! Mounting posts are solid and the work is very precise and professional.

Door to door turnaround time with just RMR cut and cerakote was just under 2 weeks. They did forget to ship my RMR cover plate but quickly sent me a tracking number for it upon receiving my email. High quality work. I would use them again. Great service!

Absolutely thrilled with the work Jager did on my Glock 19. Milling is perfect, they attached the rmr and cowitnessed it with my supressor height sights for free. Even with the black nitride finish, I still had it back before three weeks were up. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing slide work.

Worth every minute of the wait! The wait was only about 3 weeks and Jagerwerks had my Glock 19 slide back to me. I had a trijicon RMR cut and black nitrade finish and it is GORGEOUS. My 19 had several holster scratches but with the new black nitrade it is completely smooth and does not scratch easily. Really recommend the nitrade vs cerakote. I sent in with my 19 slide some Ameriglo night sights and they were put on by Jagerwerks perfectly. Additionally Jagerwerks threw in some new screws for my RMR that threaded in perfectly. I'll be sending all of my Glocks here from now on. Only thing i'd recommend to Jagerwerks is to update your order status once they've received your item so you can be sure it's not lost in the mail.

Gorgeous cerakoting, excellent slide work, FAST. I got my slide a full week faster than expected even though my BUIS took 10 days after I submitted my order Jagerwerks to get to me. They even added a top window cut to my retroactively! Email correspondence was fast, and Steve was extremely patient with me. I WILL be using them again for more work in the future. Thanks!

Glock RMR cut

Before I chose Jagerwerks, I did a ton of research Once I had made the decision to have Jagerwerks mill my G22 slide, I easily placed the order on the user-friendly site and added return shipping insurance. I sent my slide off on a Friday. It was received on Monday and shipped back to me on Tuesday. When I received the slide, the cut was flawless and fit my RMR perfectly. In addition, to being quick, JW kept me abreast of the status of my slide, removed the front sight that I had not (due to misplacing my front sight tool) and returned it in a little ziploc baggie. Amazing service and I have recommended them to other members of my team and allied agency teams. Thank you JW.

RMR cut and Cerakote

I received my slide back in the exact amount of time quoted in the current lead times. I sent in my RMR and sights, which were installed and aligned at no extra cost. The rmr pocket is cut precisely and perfectly, and the rmr fits perfect. I opted for burnt bronze cerakote which was applied flawlessly. And after ~600 rounds and multiple holster draws shows no signs of wear. Overall I am ecstatic about my expierience and will be sending more slides to be cut in the future. Thanks Jagerwerks
