If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

RMR Cut

The cut itself was flawless and fit perfect. The RMR was sighted in since I sent my barrel, RMR, and spring with and was dead on. The best part was i shipped it there in two days and the work was done 7 days after it arrived and shipped back in two days, so only took 11 days total! Great workmanship. All my future business is going to Jagerwerks.

I have multiple guns with RMR pockets cut by different companties. The quality of the work performed by Jagerwerks is on par with the best in the industry. Having dealt with them in the past on a damaged part that wasn’t their fault, I would say their customer service rivals the best in the industry.

Glock Trijicon RMR

As I live near, I wanted to see the operation before I committed to letting them cut on my pistols. I spoke with Steven and he invited me in to see their operation. Also met the owner, John. To the last men everyone in that shop is polite and very competent. Their CNC machines are new and in good condition and the shop is clean and organized. I've had experience in machine work so I feel justified in saying the quality of the work was excellent. Machining was clean and precise with no tool marks left. My RMR fit perfectly. I had the rear sight placed in front of the RMR so a new rear sight dovetail was machined. Again, very well done. They even installed the new front and rear sights at no extra charge. I'm having other work done on my pistols. I'm particularly pleased with the design of their (front) radius serrations. I've had front serrations machined on other Glocks but, even if you machine around the stampings on the left side, it looks like an afterthought. This design looks clean and like Glock should do it from the factory. Steven also showed me examples of their Cerakote applications. Most of my slides are holster-worn and their price is very reasonable, so I'll also be having some slides refinished as well. In summary, quality work at a reasonable price completed in a timely manner by people who treat you respectfully. Give them your business.

I just received my Glock 19 slide with my RMR mounted. I couldn't wait to get to the range and put rounds through it. It was sighted in and ready to go when I received it. Starting taking 100 yard shoots with no problem! Thanks Jager Werks for quality work in a timely manner.

I can't recommend Jagerwerks highly enough. The RMR cut was perfect, excellent fit without actually cutting it to my particular RMR and the black nitride looks great. I'm pretty sure I'll be having more slides cut and I'm very sure Jagerwerks will be cutting them for me.
