If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Fit & finish on the cut is great. Slide color is a tiny bit darker than factory but almost imperceptibly so. Getting my suppressor height sights put on for free was a huge bonus and saved me time on the back end. Thank you Jagerwerks!!

PERFECT solution for pistol optics

Purchased the slide milling for my Glock. Liked it so much I bought it again for another Glock! Excellent quality and fast return of my slides. Also had them install the optics (Holosun 507C) as well as suppressor height sights. Extremely pleased with the work and overall service. I would use them again in a second. Actually I already did. Glock MOS for a fraction of the price!

This is the second Glock that I had Jagerwerks mill for me, and it is as awesome as always. They turned it around within the time period they promised, and the quality is top-notch. This is highly recommended, and Jagerwerks is great!

Glock 19/17 gen5 RMR CUT

I have now had three slides cut. Two Glock 19's , and one Glock 17 all Gen 5. All of the machine work was impeccable. Turnaround time was accurate. One administrative hiccup on one of the Glock 19 but John made it all good. You can pay more but you can't get better!

Flawless Work As Always

This was the third project I've had done at Jagerwerks, but the 1st time I've asked them to do RMR / SRO cuts. I had no concerns about the accuracy of the cuts, and when my slide came back, everything fit perfectly as expected. Their Cerakote work is also flawless. Highly recommend this company for anything they offer - they're the best!

They did such an incredible job. Great turn around and they let me send the RMR and sights in so it was mounted and sighted to perfection. Impressed and happy. Going to get all pistol milling done with them from here on out.
