If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

RMR cut on 19x

Cut was perfect, and I got the slide back much quicker than the advertised lead time! They also installed my new irons for free. I had my 19x slide cerakoted to burnt bronze which is very close to oem finish. They also matched my pmm comp for me. The finished product looks fantastic! They were very responsive to my questions prior to sending in and all communications were very positive. If I have a need, I will definitely be sending more their way!

Mill slide for red dot sight

Slide milled on a Gock 19 with Nitride finish, Trijicon RMR and suppressor night sights installed. The finished product is excellent quality and was delivered ahead of schedule. These people do quality work and I highly recommend them.

RMR Cut / Cerakote

Got an RMR cut and burnt bronze cerakote done on my Glock 23 and the quality of the work is exceptional I wish I would have got it done years ago. My only small complaint is I chose to have my sights installed behind my optic and they gave me a rear dovetail (no sight) but i ain’t even mad I would have never used the sights it would have just been a looks thing. Looks dope JW!
