Trijicon RMR for Glock

This review has been a long-time coming and I thank JagerWerks for its patience. I'll start off by commenting on the customer service. JagerWerks didn't make me feel like I was their most important customer, they made me feel like I was their ONLY customer. Nearly every inquiry that I had, before, after, and during the process was answered quickly, politely, and informatively. It was truly a pleasure to deal with this company. Next, their work/product is fantastic. My RMR fits precisely in the milled area with no movement at all. The supplied screws securely hold it in place. Their Carbon Kap also fits securely in place when the RMR is not in use, and the shorter screws hold it firmly in place, too. The milled area was also cerakoted well. Additionally, the turn around time was outstanding - again, this made me feel like I was their ONLY customer. In exactly a week, I had my completed slide sent back to me. I believe that you'd be hard-pressed to find a faster turnaround time (with such quality work) in this industry. I didn't even have a chance to get updates on the work, as I received my slide back so quickly. The only ridiculously small gripe I have is that they didn't send back the small plastic container in which I had shipped my barrel to them (and that is a VERY, VERY minor nitpick but I wanted to give a thoroughly honest review). In sum, if you are thinking about having your slide milled - do yourself a favor and allow this company do do the work for you. Great customer service, fantastic work/product, and extremely fast turnaround time - all at a great price. There is nothing else really you can ask for.

Ordered the RMR cut and Carbon Kap for a G23...and it was perfect. The kap fit perfectly flush with the rest of the slide and the mill work is extremely clean. If you're on the fence about sending yours in...JUST DO IT! You won't be disappointed. Oh and mine was home in a week and a half...including shipping times.

Ill tell you my experience started with top notch customer service. I had concerns because my slide was already cerakoted. I was assured they would take care of it, and that they did. Milling was dead tight and the RMR functioned perfect! I picked up a carbon fiber cap to close the deal and its a killer combo. Thanks guys, you killed it!

The guys at jagerwerks were amazing! I sent my slide off to get cut for an rmr and received it in under a week. The milling was spot on and I installed my rmr in seconds! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would highly recommend them!

This company has nailed it. They have the best prices, the best customer service that you can ask for and its better work than some of the big name companies that charge twice the price. You will not be disappointed if you use this company.

Jagerwerks did an excellent job with my M&P slide. I don't think they offered any work for a S&W but they went out of their way to do mine and it turned out awesome. I also got windows cut and it cerakoted looks amazing and the finish is great. These guys are top notch machinist and the customer service is the best I've had from any other shops. Absolutely perfect. I could not be more pleased with the level of care and efficiency that Jagerwerks provided. I mailed a pair of slide on Saturday and had them back the following Saturday! Where else are you going to get that kind of turnaround for this type of service?! You won't! Go ahead, you know you want to, send them your slide, you won't be disappointed!!!

I got the RMR, Cerekote, and Carbon Cap. All exceeded my expectation. Talk about fast, less than 2 week turn around on all that. I've had bowel movements longer. My only problem was all the extra screws for RMR installation. I wasn't thinking and installed the long screws. Needs less to say, I had a failure to battery because the extractor wouldn't move. This was my fault but a note would have been a nice touch. Other than that, I've already referred a friend or two. Good job boys!

I sent my RMR and my slide in the Christmas holidays I received it back the first week of the year this is outstanding every other place I called they would take for five months to get it back the did a great job I will recommend them to anyone
