If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

RMR cut for my Glock 19

Jagerwerks is a 5 star ccompany . If you have any hesitation about sending your slide into them don't . I dealt with them only through email . There in Michigan and I'm in Connecticut I had my slide milled for an RMR and turn around time was one week. (Door to Door ) I emailed a request and they emailed me almost immediately back . Told me all the details in the email I sent them suppressed sites to put on for me as well ,and there was no charge for that nor shipping the slide back . I had contacted a few othe companies as well and all told me I'd have to have the slide cerakoted if it was milled not Jagerwerks they Machine colored where it was cut. It was a flat fee or 125 . Exactly what they quoted me . Again I would highly recommend them to do any kind of work . Their prices are very fair and they do quality work in quality timeframe. Thanks..., Jerald K

I had been biting the bullet to send off my slide for G19 and honestly i wish i would have done it sooner. I sent it on a Tuesday and it arrived the follwing week on Wednesday. The quality of the cut is top notch and definitely worth it. I suggest getting a cerakote finish with it. I had to email them for my order and they promptly emailed me back. I have referred Jagerwerks to all my coworkers and friends. Dont wait like i did to send off my slide!

Had my slide cut for an RMR, they cut a rearsight dovetail as well, mounted my included RMR and antiflicker plate, and installed my aftermarket suppressor height sights. End product was perfect. Very pleased, would do business with JAGERWERKS again.

I sent my slide on Monday. It got there Tuesday, and I had it back on Saturday. 5 days?! RMR cut is very clean, cerakote job looks great, and they installed my RMR and new sights. I'm never going anywhere else for gun work.

I opted for just the rmr cut. I didn't send in my RMR, but I got my slide back with black nitride coating in 4 weeks. They had excellent customer service and updated me via email through the major steps of the process. They also answered a question I had through facebook within 24 hours. The fit was perfect, zero issues with the install and it was pretty much already zero'd when I took it to the range later that day. After this great experience I will continue to always choose Jagerwerks for slide work in the future.

They are the best in the buisness. I'm a 'keep it simple stupid' kinda guy and they did the slide cut and the nicest battleworn cerakote I've literally ever seen in less than a week. Yes. I said, from when I shipped it to them to when I got it back was LESS THAN A WEEK. I recommend then to everyone I know and anyone reading this post.

I am very pleased with the work performed on my G19 slide. Turn around time was super, quoted 4 weeks for milling and 2 weeks for nitride coating. I had my slide back in just over 3 week (25 days from order placement) The workmanship is just what I expected. I will use Jager Werks again. Thnaks
