Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws. 

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free. 

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides) 

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement. 

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed. 

Sealing Plate -  With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

    Excellent craftsmanship the black nitride is better than factory. Looking forward to doing more biz with YW. I have 8 glocs 3 are RMR ready now. 5 start company!

    Rmr and slide cut

    Top notch! I had a complicated order (rmr cut I bought myself, slide cut nitrate coating (+2 weeks turnaround) package somebody gifted me, installation of new sights/rmr and a separate order to buy insurance for return shipping. Turn around time was estimated at 7 weeks right after Christmas. They had the entire order done and returned within 4. The quality is nothing short of beautiful. Will be a return customer.     Glock 26 RMR cut

    I sent my G26 Gen 5 slide in on 10 Feb 18 for the RMR cut and Sniper Gray cerakote. The slide was received on 12 Feb but I changed my mind and decided on the black nitride finish the day the slide arrived. A quick email to Steve resulted in the change to my order. I was prepared to wait 4 weeks for the black nitride finish but had the slide back in my hands on 28 Feb. The black nitride is beautiful and was worth the wait. The machining is impeccable. They even installed my suppressor sights and RMR that I sent along with the slide. I will not hesitate to use Jagerwerks for my next project.

    Excellent work on milling my G20 lone wolf long slide for an RMR and the nitride finish is worth the wait. Quick turnaround for very quality work. I will definitely be using your services again!

    Wow. Five stars hardly covers this. Needs at least a couple more. My Glock 23C slide assembly just arrived home yesterday and the work was excellent. I couldn't be happier. I spent some time working in a machine shop many years ago and know a thing or two about quality machining and this is it. I couldn't have done as well, so I'm glad I relied on someone who can do quality work. This will be my first stop for any future work. Cerakote finish was flawless. Did I say I couldn't be happier?

    excellent RMR cut

    I chose to get the rear sight forward of the RMR. The Optic fits perfectly, and the newly milled dovetail is perfect. I really like the depth that JagerWerks mills at for a lower 1/3 co-witness. I really didn't want an absolute co-witness like some other companies will do. The backup sights are there if I need them, but perfectly out of the way for an unobstructed view of the red dot. I'll definitely send my next slide here for any future orders.

    Wow, I was blown away with how fast they cut, cerakoted, and installed everything. The quality is quite impressive- looks so good I'm sending in my other Glock.
