If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Does not work on the 42. 43. 43x. 48. (small slides)

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Carbon Cap - This is used to fill the milled area of the slide when the optic is not in use. You are able to use standard or suppressor height sights with this installed.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Rmr cut on glock

I found jagerwerks on Instagram. I sent off my slide and they had it finished and shifted back to me about a week after they received it. That is a really awesome turnaround time. I am slightly disappointed that I was not able to find a number to call them with a question. In case anybody else was wondering the RMR cut on a Glock will fit into a Safariland RDO holster.

Had an RMR cut and Cerakote done on my G34. Excellent job on both and the time was a week less than stated on website. Couldn't be happier and will be sending them my G19 for the next project. Highly recommend them!!

Jagerwerks did a quality job on the optic cut, but where they really shine is how fast they work! Sixteen days the day I mailed my slide to the day I received it back (it should be noted that I did not get any other work done, just the optic cut.) I also sent my barrel and recoil spring and the boresighting they did was spot on. Jagerwerks is also very competitively priced, other machining companies will nickel and dime you ( coating, disassembly etc. Is extra) and their lead times are usually longer. Overall great service!

Honestly I couldn’t be happier. JagerWerks did a great job. 3 weeks to receive back beating their estimate and everything came back perfect. This was my first optic cut being performed, and I will come back to JagerWerks for future builds.
