If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. A IP15 is needed for install

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

Does not work on the Sig p365/XL

For lower 1/3rd Co-Witness you would need a Sig P320 .325" rear.

The final product turned out great, my slide was coated and all the machining is smooth and clean. Sights were put back on and the new dot fit flawlessly. Turn around time beat the projection, so that was nice also.

SRO Optic Cut

Jagerwerks does outstanding work. I have sent in multiple P320 slides and will be sending in other guns soon. The quality of the optic cut along with the cerakote coating is excellent. I purposely try and buy firearms that are not cut for optics as you get a much better fit having the slide custom milled to your exact optic. Pre-cut slides, especially those cut to accommodate a variety of optics, are likely to have failures with the optic coming off the gun under recoil. With custom milling I don't worry about encountering those issues. I recommend going to the slide milling section and selecting the front top serrations milling option along with your RMR / SRO cut. With the RMR I like have the rear site in front of the optic. For the SRO, if you want to be able to use suppressor height sites, you need to have the rear site in its factory position, behind the optic.

P320 RMR Cut

I got the RMR Cut along with the nitride finish. I expected it to take about 8 weeks based on having to get the slide refinished but from start to finish it only took about 4 weeks and it was totally worth it. A custom mill job is so much better than any of the other pre-cut slides and the nitride finish is better than the OEM Sig finish. I paired my slide with set of Sig Sauer X-Ray 3 Suppressor Height Night Sights and got a perfect lower 1/3 co-witness and that included the RMR sealing plate. Would definitely recommend!

The burnt bronze was applied perfectly and is smooth as all get out on my Wilson Combat FDE frame. Turn around time was faster than quoted by a good bit. Couldn't be happier, thanks guys! Will be sending in a CZ as soon as another sale is running!
