If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.
We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.
If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 509T, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.
If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.
The depth of the cut at its lowest point is .250"
The front edge of the optic cut is angled to allow for easier install of the 509T. This will not affect reliability or function of the optic/gun.
If you want lower 1/3rd co-witness iron sight you can purchase them below. You will need a .225" Glock rear and a .215" Glock front.

Perfection
Absolutely fantastic work... The ultralow cut makes the chunky boi 509T sit amazingly low on the slide. Well worth the time and the money!

Nice deep 509T setup
Got my slide cut for the 509T and Nitride, and Jagerwerks did an awesome job. I'm impressed with the very deep ride of the optic for a low-profile setup. And, of course the craftmanship, coating, customer service are all top notch. Thanks y'all!

509t cut
A low rider for sure . Fits great in the Safariland 6390 RDS holster if you plan using it for duty with no dremel work required . Dawson iron's were installed perfectly as well . I wouldn't send my slide anywhere else

509T, Serrations and Nitride
I am VERY pleased with my experience with Jagerwerks and the staff. The turn around time was within the timeline they had on the website, the optics cut and serrations are perfect! They installed my iron sights aswell.

When shipping slides for milling, SHIP SLIDES ONLY. Do NOT ship the lower of the firearm as we are not transferring the firearm. We only custom mill slides.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
