If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Holosun 407c/507c/508t cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 407c/507c/508t, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Glock Optics Cut with Black Nitride

407C for Glock 20

Looks better and definitely snugger than Glocks MOS system. I see comments about the lead time but this type of quality takes time. The lead time (when I submitted my G20) was clearly posted and it was clearly stated that the black nitride (which looks AMAZING as well) would take additional time. It arrived in the time stated. Me personally it’s worth the wait. Plan accordingly, have a back up or something and let Steven and the team do their magic. If you don’t want to wait… send it to someone else to rush the job and possibly mess up your investment.

Had a G20 cut and nitrided and couldn't be happier. This is my 2nd cut & nitride from JW and they continue to put out the finest work. Cuts are very precise (I had optic cuts and sight cuts) and the finish continues to impress. Keep up the phenomenal work JW!

You really cannot beat the level of craftsmanship and detail that go in to these slides. This is my second slide cut by JW and I am blown away by how good it looks. I elected for the nitride finish and it’s incredibly durable. The fact that they will install provided optics and sights for free just adds to the amazing value that they offer. They had my slide back to me in a little over 8 weeks. Send your slide to them, you won’t regret it.
