Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Holosun 407c/507c/508t cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws. 

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 407c/507c/508t, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

    Absolutely the most professional and well done job by Jagerwerks. I got lucky and shipped my slide out early right on Black Friday and beat the rush. Turn around was significantly faster than expected and the work itself is second to none. No tooling marks, beautiful coating (burnt bronze for me) and no burrs at all in the threads. I work in aerospace manufacturing quality control and this is on par with aerospace grade products straight up. Most importantly though the customer service is outstanding and is the main reason I would recommend to everyone. Any questions or comments are answered quickly and the team makes great experience and fact based recommendations to complete my build. I look forward to sending all of my work to Jagerwerks from here out.

    Optic cut, slide milling, and cerakote

    These guys absolutely kill it. Sent my G17 gen 5 slide in for holosun optic cut, front serrations, radius serrations and tungsten cerakote. Had some questions before sending in and they responded within a few hours and even included photos of previous jobs. Slide was back in 8 days. Stellar work all around. Will speak highly of Jagerwerks to anyone that will listen.

    This is the first slide I have had cut. I chose Jagerwerks because the positive reviews. I sent in my 19x slide, awesome cut and finish. Turn around time was fast. I was definitely use them again. Thank you

    G30 Holosun 507c mount with iron mounted in front

    The workmanship was great and I thought a quick turn around time! The whole experience was perfect and I hope to be able to have another sight mounted in the future because this one look great and was perfect. I had my slide done in OD which is not pictured in the gallery, if you like OD you'll love it! Can't wait to save $$ to have the next one done and I hope I will be able to drop that one off in person and meet this great team! Great job guys keep up the great work!

    This is the first time I had a slide milled. It was perfectly milled and Ceracoated. Ordering was easy, the mailing instructions were clear and the work was done in a reasonable time given the pandemic. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Cut and mount for G19

    This is my 2nd project from Jagerwerks, and it duplicated what I had done to my G26. I am very pleased with the turnaround time and build quality. Looking forward to using them again.

    Excellent workmanship. This is the second Glock that I have had Jagerwerks prepare and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended!
