If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Holosun 407c/507c/508t cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 407c/507c/508t, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Glock Holosun cut

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work Jagerwerks provided. I got the black nitride coating as well and it looks great. I would highly recommend using them for slide milling and coating.

Got my slide back.. Packaging was great, nitride coating was perfect,& my optic fit perfectly with no slop in the fit.. I’m a professional machinist, so I deal with the tightest of tolerances everyday.. I must say that this precision fit blew me away!! Definitely won’t be the last slide that I send to Jagerwerks... Great job

The only other slide cut I have ever had done, is the Sig P320 slide I sent in with this Glock slide, fit and finish are awesome on both, from time of receipt to the time I had them back in my hands was well under the max lead time, and this was after the Black Friday sale, I can only imagine how many slides had to be done. Keeping up with Jagerwerks' progress through their Facebook page was fun too, hoping my slides were in the pics! All the reviews and research I did to lead me to Jagerwerks for my slide milling was 100% spot on and I will be recommending them in the future.

They answered all my questions before I sent my Glock 19 Gen 5 slide along with my 507c, barrel and recoil spring. The slide came back looking great and perfectly aligned.

Nitirde Finish

Sent my Glock 17 slide for milling, nitride black, and carbon cover. Also front slide cut. The slide came out better than expected, great finish, the cut for the Holosun red dot was perfect. Carbon cover looks nice and perfect if not optic is in place. Very happy with my slide and will be sending another one or purchasing one from Jager's.

Totally worth the wait for the service provided. I bought the optic cut for black friday discount and they must have been swamped with orders. I think i got my slide back 1 week earlier than the predicted *minimum* lead time. Outstanding service, answered my questions and even changed some details on my order throughout the process. Wouldnt want to send my stuff anywhere else after this experience.

Glock 407c rear cut

Awesome job. Excellent customer service. Easy to work and communicate with through email. I opted for the nitride finish and it looks great. I was in my lgs recently and looking at a new Glock 40 something and the finish on the slide wasn’t as nice as the slide I just got back from Jegerwerks. I sent my optic and barrel in with the slide and they installed and sighted it in. First class service no extra charge. I plan on sending them more slides in the future. Very happy.

507 Cut, Rear Iron Forward of Optic

Absolutely the most professional and well done job by Jagerwerks. I got lucky and shipped my slide out early right on Black Friday and beat the rush. Turn around was significantly faster than expected and the work itself is second to none. No tooling marks, beautiful coating (burnt bronze for me) and no burrs at all in the threads. I work in aerospace manufacturing quality control and this is on par with aerospace grade products straight up. Most importantly though the customer service is outstanding and is the main reason I would recommend to everyone. Any questions or comments are answered quickly and the team makes great experience and fact based recommendations to complete my build. I look forward to sending all of my work to Jagerwerks from here out.
