If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Trijicon RMR cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws.

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. A IP15 is needed for install

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Sealing Plate - With the seal plate installed, the RMR can be submerged up to 66ft. for at least one hour without leakage. Made from stainless steel and weighs 2.8 g.

Impressive work

This is the second time getting an optic cut from Jagerwerks and they have continued to impress. The quality of their work is amazing. I sent in my slide, rmr and irons and when receiving it back you can tell the level of workmanship that was accomplished. More impressive is the performance of the pistol after they aligned everything. After taking it to the range for zeroing both the RO and myself were impressed that the pistol was on zero right out of the box. Great work. 5 stars and I will continue to use them for all my optic cut needs.

VP9 RMR cut, Nitride, seal plate, sight/RMR install

I had my VP9 slide cut for an RMR, Nitrided, bought the RMR seal plate, and sent in the replacement sights and RMR. Jagerwerks did a great job in the timeframe they said it would take (over the Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year holidays, no less). They mounted and aligned the RMR and new sights and returned it ready to go. They did a great job with no issues. I will use them again when I decide to do another.

Amazing work and customer service

I got my vp9sk done in nitride, oem sight location, milled for RMR. Took exactly how long they stated time wise and return packaging was done well. The machining and nitride is amazing and the Rmr fits in with absolutely perfect tolerances. RMR felt rock solid before even securing with the screws. I couldn't be happier. I did have a minor issue with my slide. They do really care about their customers and that's important. It wound up being essentially nothing but they took the time to respond , explain things and make sure everything was good. The communication did take a little bit of time but knowing how busy they are this was not a surprise to me nor should it be to you.. Moral of the story is they do amazing work and are honest good people after the fact. They truly stand behind their work. I would highly recommend Jagerworks.

As with all milling from every company right now, it took a long time to get back, but was expertly milled and installed. I was punching tiny groups in paper the day after it came back with no issues.

RMR Cut, Cerakote, Sight Mounting

While it did take a while, I understand they are getting so much work that it's to be expected these days. The work appears to be performed excellently. They did the work, cerakoted, mounted the suppressor height sights (I ordered from Heinie Specialty) as well as the Swampfox Liberty red-dot. I see no gaps, nothing is loose, the sights were mounted perfectly. I just had to zero the optic. The tungsten cerakote looks amazing. The return shipping package included everything I sent in and was packed well.

Outstanding work. I got the dovetail in front of the RMR and everything is laid out very nicely. The drop safety axle modification is well done and the function is unaffected. The nitride coating is great, on par with the factory finish. Very happy with the results, highly recommended.
