Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

Chamfer Cut - A chamfer is when we take all the rounded (radius) corners of the slide and cut them at an angle for a more aggressive look.

Chamfer with Serrations Cut - After the chamfer cut is complete we then add serrations onto the flat surface for better grip.

Radius Serrations - The cut with the most grip. We serrate right through the rounded corner of the slide.

Full Radius - This is to have a Gen 3 style Radius Milled to a raw slide or blank with sharp unfinished corners.

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Radius Serrations

I was on the fence about this initially as I had a hard time finding pictures of slides that had it done, but I really wanted a little extra traction for cool guy press checks without destroying the roll marks on the slide. Gave it a shot and it came out awesome! It’s subtle and tasteful, almost looks like something that could have been ordered as a factory new option.

Very pleased with this part of the process. Cuts are perfect and plenty for me to grab even gloved. I chose the OD cerakote and it is even and super smooth. Very nicely done and I will definitely be sending more slides to be upgraded. Highly recommend JagerWerks.

I am very pleased with the end result. I own a G19 Gen4 Summer special. I started by wanting a direct optic cut. I thought of giving my weapon a facelift. I didn't want to change the asthetics of the gun so I went with the front window serrations and the chamfering with serrations. The gun looks great they connected the existing serrations which makes the gun seem like it came this way out of the box. I got exactly what I expected and more. The Cerakote in Tungsten gray is perfect to say i like the gun is an understatement. I have a DR920 that I will probably stop carrying for the meantime.
