Description

The Bob Cut trims the front dust cover at an angle on long slides like the 34, 35, 17L, 41, 47, 48, 49, etc.

 

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote/Nitride is not included in this product. To add a finish to your slide you would use this product. https://jagerwerks.com/cerakote/

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time) 

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

    It’s a small modification but, just that little cut really does give those long slide glocks a totally different look. Not sure the best word to use but, I think I’d say it gives the 17L/34/35 a “sleeker” look to the slide overall even if only a small cut off the front. It “blends/meshes” or whatever you wanna call it and gives the firearm a good look. And yes, I said look. Does it make the firearm shoot better? No. If we’re already modifying the firearm that will allow it to be manipulated and/or fired in a better way so, let’s be honest. Function and 100% reliability is first and foremost with a firearm. Once you have that down why shouldn’t it look dang good too?!

    Had my 34 done and it looks great, this small cut totally changes the look of the gun in my opinion. The work is clean, and turnaround time can’t be beat. I had the Bob, RMR cut and cerakote back to me in 2 weeks!

    I wish I would have found jagerwerks sooner. (Expedient Service) beautiful work and awesome customer service. If your gonna get custom mods done go here. I wish I could afford other cuts on my gun. Because it would be done already.
