Description

The Bob Cut trims the front dust cover at an angle on long slides like the 34, 35, 17L, 41, 47, 48, 49, etc.

 

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote/Nitride is not included in this product. To add a finish to your slide you would use this product. https://jagerwerks.com/cerakote/

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time) 

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

    I sent in my G34 Duty Weapon slide to be milled for an RMR, Glock BOB Cut and Black Nitride treatment. I was more than surprised when 2.5 weeks later my the finished product was returned to me, looking better than factory new! Jagerwerks does amazing work and takes great strides to assure customer satisfaction. My next project for them will be my G19 CCW.

    Got this done as well as the wolverine cut. Amazing finish and really adds to the aesthetic of the other slide work that was done.

    Like most people I picked jagerwerks for the solid reputation. I was not disappointed. The work came out awesome and the cerakote perfect. Glock 48 looks awesome now.

    I'm so surprised how dramatic the change is on my G34 with such a subtle cut. It's like I have a new gun. The work is impeccable, it's like it came it came directly from the factory. Jagerwerks is the best value out there for slide work.

    Love how it looks, and the front of the slide doesn't dig into my skin now when I appendix carry the 34. I also wanted to cut a little weight off the slide so the kids could still shoot the "powder puff" 124 grain loads I make even after the addition of the Holosun I got at the same time as the BOB cut.

    I wanted some tasteful work done to my G34 slide without anything wild since it’s one of my Duty Pistols. Decided to go with just the bob cut and Tungsten cerakote to keep it simple but unique. Came out awesome and turnaround was as quoted in the FAQ section. Couldn’t be happier! Will be sending in my G19 for some work soon.
