Aimpoint Acro Cut.

When cut for the behind optic dovetail the Acro sits flush on top of the slide and the bottom of the cut is at a depth of .085".

When cut for a race cut or a front of optic dovetail the top of the Acro dovetail sits at .120" and the bottom of the cut is at a depth of .205".

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your Optic, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

Holosun 509T does not work on the Aimpoint Acro cut.

*Some Acro P-1 optics and Third Party optics using the Acro footprint may need slight modification for correct fitment.

The Acro cut looks like it could’ve came from the factory and the cerakote work is absolutely flawless. Would 100% recommend them for any Optic cut or slide milling needs.

Glock Acro Cut

JW is the go to for optics cut. My slide arrived at my door around 31/32 days from when they received it. I had an aftermarket slide with the same cut, but it had some Thigh Gap (which didn’t interfere with lock up). They left me 100% satisfied (that’s what she said).

G-19 Slide Milling

Trying to leave a smaller imprint online, paid using snail-mail. Customer Service simply created an online account for me. As for the slide work was performed within the time frame given online. The milling work is great. I’m over 750 rounds and holding zero (ARCO P2)thank you Jagerwerks for the outstanding job.

Wait time was on the lower advertised end and quality of the cut and finish is awesome. This is my second slide done by them and really happy with it.

Directions for packing were easy to follow. It came back about a week earlier than promised. The nitride coating was clean and the cut looked truly factory original. Very happy with my choice.
