If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item.

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Trijicon RMR cut with front posts. You are able to use Trijicon supplied RMR screws. Cut at .125"

Sig Romeo 1 Pro does not have recoil posts*

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your RMR we will align it at no charge.

A Sig rear dovetail will be milled for the rear iron sight.

If there is a factory plate system with integrated rear sight, we cannot mill a new rear dovetail.

Some of the older model 320's have a deep channel cut underneath/rear section of the slide. We cannot mill these for optics (see photo)

On the newer 4.7" models we cannot mill top front serrations due to the deep pocket cut on the front of the slide. We can still mill a top front window. (see photo)

Outstanding craftsmanship

The turnaround was surprisingly fast. I had a P320 slide with an RMR cut milled behind the rear sight. Also installed were a set of trijicon suppressor height sights. A slight ding marred the front sight but it wasn’t bent. The slight thickness of the cerakote probably made installation tricky. I can’t even knock jagerworks for that. Pistol cycles smooth as can be and functions perfectly. I’d definitely get more work done by them. Been about 2 years since I had the work done and am still as satisfied as when I recurved my item.

Milling for RMR and Cerakote

This turned out unbelievably well. You can't tell it didn't come from the factory like this. I took it to the range last weekend, and was amazed at how well this has improved my speed shooting. Zero issues with the gun and absolutely would order this again on another pistol.

Sig P320 OPtic Cut

Sent my slide in to be milled for a Holosun HS507C and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The black nitride finish was perfect and there were no rough spots left on my slide from machining. They even installed my suppressor sights for me. Overall great experience and very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Jagerwerks.

Sent off my xcompact with a comp to get some work done with these guys. Incredible work. Asked for a specific battleworn finish, unsure how it would turn out, and they rocked it. Everything looks incredible, but that's no surprise. Work is too notch.

I sent my slide to Jagerwerks for front and rear top serrations and a battle worn cerakote with graphite black and tungsten. I am blown away by the quality of work. I will be spreading the word as well as sending more work their way. Awesome job Jagerwerks!

JagerWerks does incredible work! I sent them my Sig P320c slide for Trijicon RMR milling and black nitride refinishing and received my slide back in 4 weeks. The RMR cut and the black nitride finish are flawless. They even installed my RMR and suppressor-height sights for no charge. I recommend JagerWerks without hesitation and plan on sending them more projects in the future.

Outstanding work! Slide cut looks great. Finish is flawless. I sent my optic and iron sights with my slide and everything came back installed. Awesome company to work with and great communication.

I sent off my P320c slide for upper serrations (front and back) and a top window cut. I received the slide back within the stated time frame and I'm very impressed with the work from the milling and refinishing aspects. I will be sending Jagerwerks all my future slide work.
