It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide.
If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.
Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

A perfect cut! Sentinel mounted secure right away. The coating I had put on was also exceptional. These are the guys to do your cutting and coating work!

Solid machined and good customer service
The cut itself is flawless and well machined. I will be using JagerWerks again.
I was excited at the quick turnaround - however - there was a mistake with the order initially, and I have to give full credit to JagerWerks for dealing with the problem quickly and professionally.
They made it right and got me my slide still within their quoted time.
Also they were kind enough to point out a potential out-of spec part in the slide they assembled as part of their service.
We all make the occasional mistake - what matters is how we fix it and JagerWerks fixed it quickly and without issue.

When shipping slides for milling, SHIP SLIDES ONLY. Do NOT ship the lower of the firearm as we are not transferring the firearm. We only custom mill slides.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
