We have been working on a way to make ordering more consistent on our end and hopefully streamline the process for you. Instead of having all of the different optic cuts, slide milling packages, and ala carte options on their own product pages — we are putting all of the options on one order form and separating them into four categories. There will be a single product page for Standard Frame Glocks, Slimline Glocks, Large Frame Glocks, and the oddball long slides like the G17L and G24. This will then further give us rule options to hopefully mitigate confusion and issues with compatibility.
We offer a lot of options and that combined with the sheer amount of model variations from Glock can make this a bit challenging at times.
It may be a bit overwhelming at first, but I would be creating a video guide to all of the options as well which should further mitigate any confusion one might have while trying to check out.
We will also be making changes to iron sight orders and will be offering a low compatible backup option from Dawson Precision with milling orders, but will not have them available for purchase on their own. We simply cannot have enough stock to fulfill those orders and have them on hand for our customers receiving milling services. You can always purchase from Dawson Precision directly or use another manufacturer if you prefer. We install compatible irons free of charge with all of our slide milling.
