Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Holosun 407c/507c/508t cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws. 

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 407c/507c/508t, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

    Optic cut

    I ordered early march and received mid to late April, was fairly quick on the turn around. I sent my optic and suppressor height sights they mounted them and they were dead on when I received it back. The finish I selected was a little darker than I expected but looks nice and smooth. Overall highly satisfied with the service.

    Glock 19 Work...

    I sent my Gen 5 Glock 19 to Jagerwerks to have my slide milled for a Holosun 507C, Para top cut, Dawson iron sights and both the barrel and slide refinished in black nitride. The results far exceeded my expectations. The quality of work is by far the best in the business and their customer service was outstanding. It was worth the wait and I already have another gun on the way to Jagerwerks. I couldn't be happier and will be using Jagerwerks exclusively in the future. Hell I didn't even have to sight it when I got it back!!!

    Bought the optic cut during the Black Friday sale despite many online comments regarding long wait times.... Weil, it was worth it. This was my third cut by Jagerwerks. They installed my optic and Ameriglo GL-429's on my Glock 45 along with the black nitride coating. Work was flawless same as my last two Glocks that they worked on. Time to them and back just under 8 weeks.. I have other guns in the rotation so wasn't concerned about the wait but I feel this is a reasonable wait time. I will continue to do my optic cuts through Jagerwerks and will recommend them highly to others that need an optic cut.

    I was hesitant about the wait time but got my slide back sooner than expected and it is PERFECT! The optic fit is precise and it looks like it came from the factory. I will be sending in another one!

    Slide cut for Holosun 507c

    I had the slide cut for my Glock 22. The cut was top notch and the nitride coating came out perfect. They installed the optic and new suppressor sights. I will definitely use them again!
