Description

If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

Cerakote and Black Nitride are for the entire slide. (Black Nitride adds 2-3 weeks lead time)

It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

Our Holosun 407c/507c/508t cut is milled to a depth of .125" which includes front recoil posts and mounting screws. 

Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.

We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.

If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your 407c/507c/508t, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.

If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.

The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

    Holoson 508t slide mill on Glock 19 Gen 5

    Took advantage of the Black Friday sale. Finally got around to sending my slide to Jagerwerks. Finish looks flawless. Not an expert on milling but it seems solid. Turnaround was around 4 weeks but thats why you have a back up carry gun. I understand Jagerwerks is likely very busy judging by the amount of online recommendations regarding having them mill your slide. So far have just been getting lots of dry fire reps as 9mm ammo is currently non-existent. First red dot so probably need these reps anyway. Would not hesitate to send another gun to them for work. Hopefully they start milling Glock 43x and 48 as the new Holosun 507k is out. Awesome work overall.

    Turned out perfect. The optic fit very snug as it should. The finish also looks great. I wish I would have had some additional milling done to the slide since they had it in the shop. My only complaint is that it took 4 weeks. I knew this would take that long but I am impatient. I would be happy to pay more for a faster turnaround time.

    Fantastic job Jager! CZ P10 for a Holosun cut, Battle worn finish (Burnt Bronze & Graphite Black) and new iron sights to have co-witness capability. Slide looks awesome. Turn time only 17 days. I will definitely be using Jager again.

    I remember when JagerWerks was just getting started. They rose out of industry obscurity to become one of the leading companies in regard to slide milling. I had my G19 Gen3 RTF2 sent to them to have it cut to accept the 508T and they did a fantastic job. Tolerances are spot on, optic mount is extremely solid and the cerakote job is beautiful. I was expecting a month turnaround time, but was surprised that my slide was back in my mailbox just 20 days after placing my order. Customer service is top notch. Their attention to detail is very respectable. Will not be my last dealing with JW and I will recommend them to anyone looking to support a high quality, up and coming Michigan based shop.

    Amazing work I am beyond impressed. I was very nervous about getting my brand new G45 slide cut but it came back perfect. The black nitride kept it looking stock which I preferred. My 507c fits very nicely I’m not worried about it moving around. So glad I went with Jagerwerks.

    Amazing job! Jagerwerks perfectly milled my UTM Glock 19 conversion slide for the holosun rds. The slide functions perfectly.
