If holster wear/durability is a concern then we highly recommend going with our Black Nitride as Cerakote is a wearable item. 

CERAKOTE AND NITRIDE ARE FOR THE ENTIRE SLIDE.

Battleworn Cerakote combos are a base coat with black added to the outside with the high spots wiped away to simulate a worn finish. The Graphite Black Cerakote will fill in low sections of the slide where milling has occurred. This generally looks best on slides with lots of additional milling or existing serrations. 
If you would like a different pair of colors in the Battleworn style, email us at info@jagerwerks.com, but not all color combinations turn out like you may think. We've seen a lot of bad combinations.

 Cerakote is a Polymer-Ceramic Composite coating that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood. It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.

If you send in a slide that we do not offer milling for you will have to have it completely disassembled. Please remove the irons and all internals. If you fail to do this we will refund the order and return the slides.

    I just received my 2nd slide project back from Jagerwerks. I had them coat a Zev slide and some small parts in Cerakote. The work is 100% perfect (and I have worked with a lot of Cerakote applicators). The level of customer service and communication is unequaled in this industry, and their prices are so great I tried to send them more $$ and they refused! I will, without question, be sending more work their way!

    I live in Battle Creek, so only an hour down the road, but the turn around time was unreal. Shipped my slide on Thursday to be cerakoted, Jagerwerks recieved the slide the following morning, completed the work, and had it on its way back to me before close of business that day. Quality job, and expeditious service. I recommend Jagerwerks to anyone looking for cerakote or slide work.

    I've had a few slides cerakote by Jagerwerks and they do flawless work! The turnaround is quick and you can't beat the price.....I highly recommend their cerakote service!

    I had done a lot of research before sending my frame out for custom slide work and cerakote. These guys blew it out of the park. The cuts were perfect. The color amazing. Best part, turn around time was super quick. I made a mistake and forgot to choose a cerakote when i first send my frame to them. When i sent it back, they turned it around super quick. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. 10/10

    This is my 3rd pistol to get the JagerWerks touch. This time around it was the JW camo CereKote treatment for my Smith & Wesson 9mm Shield. I'm spoiled because I live close to the JW World HQ. However I would not hesitate to deal with these guys from afar. They do great work and the entire crew is solid. Next up is my AR!

    Fast turnaround time and was pleasantly surprised to have it back sooner than I expected. Cerakote was flawlessly supplied and I will be sending them more work. I just wish I had more glocks to send their way!
