John was born and raised in Muskegon, Michigan. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Kettering University in Flint, Michigan for 3 years. John then transferred to Western Michigan University where he graduated with a BS in Manufacturing Engineering. From there, John worked as an engineer at K&M Machine Fabrication in Cassopolis, Michigan until he began pursuing his childhood dream of owning his own business, JagerWerks. He worked during the day at K&M, and then diligently in the evening building his business at JagerWerks. In 2016 John made the decision to leave K&M to focus all his attention and time to JagerWerks Engineering, LLC.
Marketing Manager/Cerakote Applicator
Steve was born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan. During his schooling he was a teacher assistant, as well as, a blending technician. He earned his BA in Culinary Management and Nutrition at Kendall College in Chicago, Illinois. For 10 years, Steve lived all over the nation becoming a well-versed and experienced chef. When he moved back to Kalamazoo during his travels, he worked as an executive sous chef at a local restaurant. Steve moved to a Customer Service Management position at Harold Zeigler BMW before coming to JagerWerks. He worked at both BMW and JagerWerks, until he became full-time Marketing Manager and Cerakote Applicator at JagerWerks in early 2015.
Luke was born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Luke and Steve follow with the multi-generational friendship their dads started years before. Out of high school, Luke moved to Orlando, Florida to become a motorcycle technician studying at MMI. After receiving his Harley Davidson technician certification, he worked in the hospitality and service industry around the nation for several years. Luke pursued his passion in acting when he moved to Los Angeles. He decided to come back to Michigan in 2017 and began working at JagerWerks where he is a certified Haas operator and programmer.
Chris was born and raised in Clinton, Michigan. He studied Manufacturing Engineering at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.Since the age of 12, Chris has been shooting competitively. Some of his achievements, under USA clay sports teams, include; the Junior Olympics Team, National Development Team, and The World Cup Team. About 5 years ago, he began steel challenge competitions and is currently active in 3-Gun/USPSA/IDPA competitions. In addition to being a process engineer at Bentler Automotive, Chris does R&D and is a sponsored shooter for JagerWerks.
