It is implied that the customer will have arrangements for coating of a slide if NONE is selected for color. If NONE is chosen there is potentially an issue for rust and corrosion to develop on the slide. Jagerwerks is not responsible for misuse and neglect of bare metal.
Our Burris Fast Fire III includes front and rear recoil posts and mounting screws. When the iron sight dovetail remains in the factory location there is a small hole created on the front of the optic cut. Due to the length of the optic we will mill into the safety plunger channel.
This will not affect the performance or safety of your slide.
Screws supplied are (2) #6-32 IP15. Both are safe to use on the extractor side of the slide. An IP15 wrench is included for install.
We do not charge extra for disassembly/reassembly, if you send your entire slide assembly we will laser align the sights for you.
If you include new sights we will install the new ones at no charge. If you include your FF3, barrel and recoil spring we will align it for free.
If your iron sights are not compatible with the optic/optic cut we will not reinstall them. They will be sent back in a plastic bag with your slide.
The $20 upcharge on the 17L/41 is for a stainless steel plug that we install on the underside of the slide. This ensures proper thread engagement.

Burris Fastfire 3 slide cut
Shipping: webpage stated it could take four weeks after they received my slide to get it back to me. I got it back in under two from when I shipped it out.
Cerakote: immaculate. I wouldn't be able to tell it apart from a factory coating.
FF3 cut: I sent my FF3 along with my slide so they cut the slide and installed it. Even placement, no canting and clean edges.
Overall: I am very happy with the workmanship on my slide. Their customer service is great, they worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

When shipping slides for milling, SHIP SLIDES ONLY. Do NOT ship the lower of the firearm as we are not transferring the firearm. We only custom mill slides.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
